is a large outdoor deck facing the sound with a barbecue and 2 table sets for visiting that is fully covered and accessible
from the living room for outdoor leisure and watching the sunsets, birds, ferrys, boats and olympic mountains. There are 2
tripod telescopes and binoculars that are available to use.
The family room has a fireplace and large library with
over 300 large print books, Music system & 50 audio books on tape and misc. regular print books.
There is also an extensive
video and DVD library as well.
The very large living room offers electric lift chairs, television and a fabulous sweeping
view of puget sound waters and the olympic mountains.
Formal dining room offers panoramic sound view as well.
The
Activity room has a large round table for games, puzzles or other activities and a view as well.
There is a large level
front yard with a covered porch with outdoor patio bistro couch & chairs. Central fountain/waterfall with paved walkways
bordered with berries, veggies gardens and flowers. Outdoor benches. We are situated on a level dead end street with no traffic
ideal for resident safety and walks.
